In The Beginning

As you may have already guessed, this is a brand new blog. The word blog comes from the term web log. In deciding to start afresh, I went in search of the origins of this strange past time, in an attempt to gain a firmer understanding. The spider in my room was reluctant to talk. After it had scurried away to some undiscovered part of my room, I picked up the tiny book attached to its web. It turns out spiders write in English. It read:
"Day One - I have found a dark corner in this dirty boy's room - it was not too hard to find. I think the conditions of hygiene in here probably mean that it's actually less hazardous to live outside."
I did not start this journey just to be insulted! I slammed the log shut and thought about hiring a cleaner, or asking my mum to visit.

A Greek friend of mine also has a blog. He proudly mentioned how the Greeks invented democracy, maths and philosophy. I'm not sure about how true that is, but I took his word for it. He also criticised the way I say Pi. As in 2xPixr = the circumference of a circle. I say 'Pie' whereas he says 'Pee'. Greek culture was homosexual. Apparently gymnasium means naked in Greek, and we all know what they did their gymnasiums don't we? That's right, lesbian trigonometry.

Blogging sure makes me hungry. I was thinking about I can't believe it's not butter. I wouldn't have cared but now that they've made that highly suspicious and rather suggestive name, perhaps it is worth another look. I mean if THEY can't believe it isn't butter, does that mean they know something we don't, like that it is actually butter? Or is it a double bluff, or a single bluff? I have to say I'm a bit more confused than normal at the moment. All I wanted was some toast :(.
